DESCRIPTION:Are you looking for a weekly dose of motivation and inspiration? \nThis week we will be looking at different ways to reach meditative states – sitting still is an option but not required. \nWhen we think that sitting still is required to reach a mindful state.  It is one strategy but not the only way.  Join me in this class as we explore different ways that we can be mindful. \nEvery Monday evening join Nicole Fortunaso as she takes you through a mindful and uplifting process of personal development and energy practice using the tools she has learned during her corporate personal training experiences and intuitive training as a Reiki Master (energy healer). \nThis is week 2 of a 10 week course make sure your enroll before September 17 2018 to get the early bird special. \n
