Chakras 101: A true beginner’s teaching of the Chakras.
Have you ever wanted to know how you can harness your energies to improve your well being? In this 120 minute workshop we will explore:

– What are chakras, auras and energy bodies
– How chakras influence our energy bodies and auras
– What factors impact on our energy levels (both positive and negative) and what we can do about it
– Tools you can use to raise your energy levels (Yoga – positions, oils, reiki, music, meditation)
– A meditation so you can connect with energy body and how to get – your own knowledge to heal your life.
– This course will be a combination of learning, sharing, and meditation. So make sure you dress comfortably and bring pen and paper to make notes for yourself.
