Nicole has a calming and assuring life-coaching process to help you bring self-awareness and authenticity to your mind, body and spirit.  In this program Nicole uses life-coaching tools, mindfulness, reiki and tarot to assist you onto a path of listening to your own intuition and empowerment.

You can work with me for a few sessions or you can take my unique program that focuses on your mind, body, emotions and spiritual well being.  Clients can come see me at my home-studio or we can work remotely via skype or facetime.  Currently, Nicole works with a number of clients internationally supporting their goals and personal growth.

My program is designed with your needs in mind and together we can look at:

• What are your goals and desires?  And what in your life is moving you towards and away from them?  Tarot will be used as a tool to help get to the heart of matter.
• Developing practical strategies and approaches you can use to get what you want. Essentially we will create your own life hacks to maximize your joy and happiness
• Developing tactics and new ways of thinking to help remove blocks.  How you have conducted your self in the past is a key to how we are acting today, which keeps our blocks in place. Reiki will be used as a technique to energetically support you on your new life path and encourage you to remove your blocks.
• Exploring our shadow and how it feeds into our fears and insecurities.
• How our mind works and how we can use mindfulness and visualizations to re-train/re-frame ourselves.
• Exploring our personal power, our creativity, our will power, our relationships, our communication, all in an effort to trust our intuition  and  what we know, which is that we are divine and we need to trust ourselves.
